We strongly recommend that guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance within 10 days of making payment. Travel insurance helps protect you in case of unexpected events including, but not limited to:
Personal Circumstances
Fear of flying, change of mind, personal emergencies, family illness or death, work commitments, pregnancy-related concerns, visa issues or passport expiry, missed flights or late arrivals.
Travel Disruptions
Flight cancellations or airline changes, delays or missed connections, lost baggage, weather disruptions, airport closures, strike actions.
Global & External Events
War or political unrest, government travel advisories, pandemics or epidemics, natural disasters, energy or communication disruptions.
Travel insurance is the guest’s responsibility. Guests are responsible for reading and understanding all Terms & Conditions. TJD LLC is not responsible for cancellations outside of our control. We are not obligated to make exceptions outside of our Terms & Conditions. By securing travel insurance, you safeguard your investment and avoid potential financial loss.
TJD LLC operates in partnership with various on-ground service providers, including hotels, activity organisers, transportation companies, and other vendors. Our terms and conditions are designed to reflect the policies and conditions set forth by these partners to ensure smooth collaboration and service delivery. By proceeding with payment and confirming your booking, you agree to adhere to both TJD LLC’s terms and conditions and those of our partners.
It is the guest’s responsibility to familiarise themselves with the specific policies of the service providers involved in their booking, as these may include additional restrictions, fees, or conditions beyond those outlined here. TJD LLC acts as an intermediary and cannot be held liable for discrepancies or issues arising from the terms imposed by our partners. Please ensure you have the right travel insurance to protect you and your rights.
1.1 Payments confirm acceptance of the terms and conditions set by TJD LLC and its partners.
1.2 Bookings are only confirmed upon full payment of the invoice; no bookings are held otherwise. Instalment plans are interest-free (0%), but a 5% late fee applies for every 7-day delay beyond the scheduled payment date.
1.3 All payments must be made in the stated currency as indicated on the invoice. Guests are responsible for covering any bank charges, currency exchange rate fluctuations, or international transaction fees incurred during payment. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed in the original transaction currency, and TJD LLC is not responsible for any discrepancies caused by exchange rate differences or third-party processing fees.
1.4 If payments are delayed and the booking is cancelled afterward, no refunds will be processed.
1.5 TJD LLC reserves the right to adjust room rates, terms, and payment conditions, and to reject confirmation if payments are not received by the due date, forfeiting all deposits without refunds unless otherwise stated.
TJD LLC shall not be held liable for failure to fulfil obligations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to: war, conflict, or rebellion; pandemic or epidemic; natural disasters or extreme weather conditions; energy, infrastructure, or communication disruptions; government restrictions, travel bans, or border closures; industrial actions, strikes, or transportation disruptions; fire or other unforeseen events beyond reasonable control.
In such circumstances, TJD LLC shall not be liable for any refunds, compensation, or losses resulting from these events.
2.1 Personal Circumstances — TJD LLC shall not be responsible for cancellations or changes due to personal circumstances, including but not limited to: fear of flying or travel anxiety, illness not covered by insurance, travel companion cancellation, airline route or schedule changes, political or safety concerns, currency fluctuations, financial difficulties, work or personal schedule changes, visa or passport issues.
2.2 In case of force majeure, TJD will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative solutions, subject to availability. If no alternatives are possible, bookings will be deemed cancelled, and guests must claim compensation through their travel insurance.
3.1 Rescheduling without extra charges is permitted when government-imposed border closures prevent travel from the guest’s departure or destination region, or when quarantine requirements prevent departure. Pre-payments for rescheduled reservations may be retained.
3.2 No rescheduling or refunds will be offered for voluntary cancellations due to fear of illness, inability to travel due to illness or diagnosis, or transportation cancellations or delays.
3.3 It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure they meet all health, vaccination, and safety requirements applicable to their travel itinerary. TJD LLC is not liable for any disruptions to travel due to failure to meet these requirements.
3.4 TJD LLC shall not be liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by or resulting from any defect in any vehicle, act of war, terrorism, pandemic, weather conditions, or any other force majeure event. In no event shall TJD LLC’s liability exceed the amount paid by the guest for the specific service or portion of the trip affected.
3.5 Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. TJD LLC and its partners are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage caused by or to unsupervised minors.
4.1 Guests are liable for any damages caused to the property, equipment, or other guests, including damages caused by children or pets.
4.2 TJD LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to guest valuables during their stay.
5.1 Guests must ensure they have valid passports, visas, and health documentation required for travel.
5.2 TJD LLC is not responsible for issues arising from incomplete or invalid travel documents, visa rejections, or delayed applications.
5.3 Guests must account for their baggage before departure. Any delivery costs for delayed or misplaced luggage will be the guest’s responsibility.
6.1 Unused services during early returns are not refundable. Travel insurance may cover curtailment claims.
7.1 All change requests must be made in writing and are subject to additional charges, including rate adjustments and supplier fees. If changes are not feasible, it will be considered a cancellation, and cancellation fees may apply. All official communication regarding bookings, changes, and cancellations must be made in writing to TJD LLC’s official email. TJD LLC is not liable for misunderstandings or missed information shared through informal channels like social media, text, or messaging apps.

TJD LLC is not responsible for any issues arising from services provided by third-party partners, such as airlines, transportation providers, activity organisers, or partner hotels. Any disputes, delays, or inconveniences caused by third parties must be resolved directly with the service provider.
While TJD LLC will strive to accommodate special requests, such as dietary requirements, room preferences, or specific activity schedules, these requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. Guests are encouraged to communicate such requests at the time of booking when requested by TJD LLC to assess feasibility.
TJD LLC respects the privacy of its guests and will only share necessary personal information with third-party partners (e.g., hotels, activity providers, or transportation companies) to fulfil booking arrangements. Data will be handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, group size, and any preferences you share. We also collect standard web analytics data (pages visited, browser type, approximate location) through cookies and similar technologies.
We use your personal information to respond to your inquiry, design your journey, coordinate logistics with our partners, and communicate with you before, during, and after your trip. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Group bookings are subject to additional terms and conditions. A minimum number of participants may be required for group packages or activities to proceed. If the minimum number is not met, TJD LLC reserves the right to cancel the booking, offering alternative arrangements or a refund. Group organisers are responsible for ensuring timely payments for all participants.
All complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of completing your trip. TJD LLC will make every effort to address and resolve concerns promptly. Complaints received after this timeframe may not be investigated.
16.1 TJD LLC operates in Arctic and Nordic regions where weather conditions are unpredictable and may affect activities and travel plans. While we strive to deliver all experiences as planned, TJD LLC cannot guarantee snow coverage or specific weather conditions during your stay.
16.2 In the event of no snow, limited snow, or weather that does not meet guest expectations, no refunds or compensation will be issued.
16.3 If a scheduled activity is cancelled by the service provider due to weather or operational reasons, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative activity or reschedule. If no suitable alternative is available, the cost of the cancelled activity will be refunded.
16.4 We strongly recommend all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers all cancellation-related circumstances.
